MOflange
We have been manufacturing many MOflange that can use in ultra-high vacuum
up to now. MOflange has a feature that can be connected in a tube of any
shape. It has a structure that is eliminated gap and steps in the tube
at the time of flange connection, so it do not lack the performance of
the beam. We have acquired a patent for MOflange.
